Due to predicted extreme cold and possible frozen weather, the decision has been made to move the first practice to Monday, January 22nd.
Granbury Civic Chorus will begin the 2024 spring season on Monday, January 22nd at 7:00 pm at Acton Methodist Church, 3433 Fall Creek Highway. Spring Concert Music will be distributed, basic business and listening/singing along with the music to get an introduction to it.
Rehearsals are weekly on Mondays at Acton Methodist Church from 7pm-9pm in the AMC choir room.
In the case of inclement weather, a cancellation notice will be made here, and on Facebook, and by e-mail for those whose e-mail address we have by Noon on rehearsal day.
This season will include music from the old West, the old South, spirituals, and more. A smorgasbord of Americana.
Join us for a time of great musicianship, new friendships, and giving back to our community.
Granbury Civic Chorus is made up of volunteer singers of all ages who love to sing beautiful music and share it with the community of Granbury. The director, Steve Quinn, is an experienced conductor and has chosen a wonderful selection of music for all to sing.
